PEMCO Limited has the opportunity to market fourteen properties in North Carolina, Alabama and Georgia for the General Services Administration (GSA). This contract is in addition to a recently awarded GSA marketing contract in which PEMCO Limited is tasked with marketing two large former military-owned properties on the New Jersey coast.
PEMCO Limited and a network of real estate professionals will be on location at each of these properties’ open houses to provide more information about the auction and answer any questions.
