Project Management in Paradise

PEMCO Limited proudly provided 20 years of continuous service to the owners of the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii starting in the 1980’s. During this partnership, PEMCO performed services for various projects including $35 million in complete hotel renovations. In 2008, the hotel was purchased by another company and PEMCO continued to serve as a liaison for the new management company.

While PEMCO was the project management provider for over 20 years, continuing to assist new ownership with project management advice including Due Diligence Analysis, is now our central focus.

Project Title: Owner’s Representative and Construction Management

Scope of Work: Complete renovation of hotel to include Rumours Disco, 5 Restaurants, elevator lobby, bridge to Ala Moana Center, and replacement of rooftop chillers using hoists and elevators. Due Diligence Analysis and liaison for management company.
