GSA TO AUCTION TWO PROPERTIES IN COASTAL NEW JERSEY
Investment/development opportunities available on former US Coast Guard properties
New Jersey: Opening on July 23, 2015, the United States General Services Administration (GSA) will kick-off online auctions to sell two former United States Coast Guard housing properties located in coastal New Jersey. Zoned for single family residential development, these properties are great investment and development opportunities.
One site is located at the corner of 6th Street and Bayview Avenue in the northern end of Long Beach Island, borough of Barnegat Light, in the shadow of historic Barnegat Lighthouse. This 2+/- acre Ocean County property is improved with two 4-plex family housing units and lies less than a mile from the Atlantic Ocean beachfront near a public boat ramp, boat rentals, tennis and basketball courts.
