HUD announces PEMCO Limited as a contractor in their third generation Marketing and Management program, with restructuring of the program’s logistics. PEMCO Limited is now responsible for the marketing and management of properties in over 25 states and U.S. Territories. From an asset management perspective it is a huge honor to be tasked with this type of project. With this increase in geographic area and volume of work, PEMCO added an additional office in Denver and furthered growth of the existing Atlanta and Sacramento offices.
