PEMCO Limited is proud to congratulate Marcia Toms as the 6th recipient of the Women in Diversified Services (WinDS) Leadership Award. Marcia is the 2A project manager for PEMCO Limited as well as the President of the WinDS Foundation.

The WinDS Leadership award recognizes women role models who generate power in the real estate industry. Shaping futures through her philanthropy and setting direction for her peers, Marcia joins the rank of some of the most outstanding women in the industry today. PEMCO Limited is honored to be among the company list: US Treasury, CoreLogic and Freddie Mac, to hold these exceptional women in our employ.

Marcia has been a member of the WinDS Organization since 2010 and is on her second term as the WinDS Foundation president. Marcia’s passion for education and service to low income, inner city families fueled her creation and implementation of regional marketing initiatives; bringing women together to help assist homeless, battered and Veteran women.

Marcia will receive the Leadership Award at the WinDS Conference “Fusion” in April where she and PEMCO Limited Director of Business Development, Tamiko Broms, will be speaking on industry best practices and opportunities.
