Kimiko Yamamoto has engineered internal operations for each of the company’s endeavors while dedicating most of her career to building PEMCO Limited’s legacy along side her father, John Yamamoto. Ms. Yamamoto’s 20 years of commitment to ensuring PEMCO Limited’s outstanding performance has been recognized through repeat business from their top clients. During a pivotal milestone for PEMCO Limited, Ms. Yamamoto stepped up to the challenge of spearheading the company’s expansion into 26 states and U.S. territories. Kimiko Yamamoto’s expertise in pinpointing key performance indicators, establishing efficient work processes, and preparing staff to execute multi-million dollar contracts has made PEMCO Limited the leading company in real estate asset management.

Ms. Yamamoto attended Hawaii Loa College and is a licensed real estate professional. She has also completed Harvard University Business School’s Executive Management and Real Estate Strategies for Project Development and Capital Market Access programs. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Women in Default Services, National Association of Realtors, the Honolulu Board of Realtors, the Hawaii Association of Realtors, Awesome Foundation Oahu, and serves on the Board of Directors of Hawaii Autism Foundation.
